1. Controller and contacts
The operator of rossaus.com is Росаус Владимир Владимирович (Vladimir Rossaus), an individual based in Kazakhstan. For data questions, consent withdrawal or requests: privacy@rossaus.com. For cooperation: hello@rossaus.com.
This policy covers site use and voluntary correspondence. Kazakhstan’s Law No. 94-V on Personal Data and their Protection and Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ apply where relevant. Mandatory laws in other applicable jurisdictions are not displaced.
2. Data and purposes
Enquiries may include your name, supplied email or Telegram contact and optional company, project, vacancy, budget and timing information. The purpose is to reply, discuss cooperation and prepare a proposal.
The site does not request identity documents, banking details, health information or other sensitive data. Do not include passwords, customer databases or other people’s personal data. Contact details are not used for advertising without separate consent.
3. How to contact me
The contact page has no data collection form. Its links open your email app or Telegram. The site does not prepare an enquiry, send a message or store correspondence.
You choose what to include and send the message in the selected service. Your email provider or Telegram processes it under its own rules and makes it available to the recipient.
The site has no email subscription. Calculator values are processed in the browser; the site does not send them to a database or API or retain them after the page is closed.
4. Technical data
Hosting infrastructure receives request data such as the IP address, requested page, time, browser and device information to deliver and secure the site. Infrastructure logging and retention are controlled by the provider.
Fonts and images are served by this site. Browser local storage separately remembers an explicit analytics choice and dismissal of the cookie notice. If storage is unavailable, dismissal and the choice apply to the current page. Enquiry text is not stored on the site. Analytics cookies are described in the next section.
5. Website analytics
Microsoft Clarity loads when public pages are opened. It analyses visits, clicks, scrolling, device information and page interactions. It may receive technical identifiers and network information; these data are not described as fully anonymous.
For new visitors without a saved choice, Clarity’s regional restrictions and project settings apply. The site does not send a consent grant based solely on a visit or dismissal of the notice. Microsoft requires a separate consent signal for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; without it, a limited mode is available. “OK” remembers dismissal of the notice without changing the analytics choice.
Calculator fields and results are marked for masking. Values are not included in custom events. Contact events identify link clicks only; the site does not send these events when a refusal is saved or the browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer. “Allow analytics cookies” grants analytics storage; “Without analytics cookies” denies it. Both explicit choices deny Clarity advertising storage. Previously saved refusals and Global Privacy Control are respected before the scripts are connected. When declined, the site removes accessible analytics cookies; Clarity remains connected in a limited mode without these cookies. Previously collected data remains subject to Microsoft’s retention rules and policies.
The footer connects an additional tracker using the Matomo interface at i.jobicy.com. It receives technical information about visits, page addresses and referral sources, browsers, devices, link clicks and active time on a page. The tracker loads and these data are transmitted when a public page is opened. Active time is checked at five-second intervals. The site does not send calculator values as tracker events.
For this tracker, a saved “Without analytics cookies” choice prevents analytics cookies while cookieless visit measurement continues. Allowing cookies in settings enables them. Global Privacy Control additionally prevents data from being sent to this tracker. “OK” does not grant cookie consent. Microsoft’s regional restrictions apply to Clarity and do not configure the additional tracker. This policy does not verify the additional tracker’s storage location, retention periods or server settings; contact privacy@rossaus.com for information.
6. Grounds and recipients
Voluntary enquiry processing relies on a separate consent to respond and discuss cooperation. Contract formation and performance may provide a separate lawful basis. Operations include receipt, reading, use for a reply, necessary correspondence retention and deletion.
The consultant can access enquiries. Email, the chosen messenger and hosting participate according to their role. Microsoft and the i.jobicy.com tracker infrastructure receive the technical information described in the analytics section. Contacts are not sold or published. Other contractors’ access to project data is agreed separately.
7. Transfers and storage
Hosting, email, Telegram, Microsoft and the additional tracker infrastructure may be outside the visitor’s country. Loading analytics transfers the described technical information to the respective service. A chosen external communication service participates in delivering enquiries.
Consent does not remove mandatory localisation, notification or security requirements. Storage locations, recipients and lawful grounds must be determined before client databases or other personal data are provided under a project agreement. This policy does not certify a regulator registration or infrastructure compliance with localisation requirements.
8. Retention, protection and rights
Enquiry consent lasts until withdrawal, for no more than 12 months after the last message unless another lawful ground applies. Records needed for a contract, statutory accounting or legal claims are kept for the required legal period.
The operator limits access to correspondence and requests only necessary data. You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent at privacy@rossaus.com. Identify the contact used and the request. Further identity verification is requested only where necessary.
Requests are handled within applicable statutory time limits. A contract or legal retention obligation may limit deletion. You may contact the relevant data protection authority.
9. Changes and related documents
The current version is published here with its date. Material changes to purposes or data categories require fresh consent where required. Service terms and the separate consent are linked from Legal details & documents.
