Processing terms for information you voluntarily share in correspondence
I voluntarily consent to Росаус Владимир Владимирович (Vladimir Rossaus), an individual based in Kazakhstan, processing the details I provide to reply, discuss a project or vacancy and prepare a proposal. Data contact: privacy@rossaus.com.
My name, supplied email and/or Telegram contact, and optional company, task, vacancy, budget and timing information. Operations include receipt, reading, use to reply, necessary correspondence storage, correction and deletion, with or without automation. This consent does not authorise advertising, publication or sale of my data.
I choose email or Telegram and send my message in that service. The site does not collect enquiry fields. The chosen provider participates in delivery and may process data outside my country under its own policies. Consent does not replace mandatory localisation or transfer requirements.
Enquiry consent does not cover Microsoft Clarity, which has a separate optional choice. Other people’s personal data and sensitive information are not required.
Consent lasts until withdrawal, for no more than 12 months from the last message. If a contract or legal retention requirement applies, relevant records are processed on that separate basis.
I can withdraw consent or request correction or deletion at privacy@rossaus.com, identifying the contact I used. Mandatory legal retention continues to apply.
The contact page does not request consent through a form. I choose the communication channel and message contents. Only information needed to discuss my question is used to reply. Any consent needed for a separate processing purpose is requested separately.
Opening an email or Telegram link does not send a message or deliver consent to the recipient.
